Wanhao D7, Anycubic Photon, Phrozen Shuffle Exposure Times for Type D Resins
For our Type D UV Resin we have determined empirical values on different machines in order to facilitate an introduction to different devices. The values can vary depending on the manufacturer or device. However, they serve as an orientation aid. Check them out here.
The dynamic graph enables you to read the exposure times of the Type D resins and transfer them to your device. The advantage of the tool lies in the broad applicability of different technologies.
The determination of the values was based on the DruckWege calibration model. The irradiation on the baselayer (or burn-in) with models with larger base area should be extended if necessary.
For a good adhesion of the model, we recommend a baseplate without coating. The values shown here can/should be varied depending on the application. All values have been determined with a room temperature of approx. 23°C.
