Direct Light Processing – UV Resin DLP

In the Direct Light Processing (DLP) the light source is in contrast to SLA not a laser but a projector. The projector fragments the light with little movable mirrors pixel-oriented. Texas Instruments developed this projection technique.

DruckWege Offers UV Sensitive Resins for DLP

The projected matrix is used as initiator to solidify the resin, in the field of additive production. Furthermore, both procedures require a post-print-process where temperature stabilizing mechanisms or other light altering procedures are especially relevant.

Consequently, DruckWege offers an array of UV sensitive resins, compatible with DLP technologies.
