Shop-News: Own resin containers with glass bottom (resin vats)

September Hennef – A recurring problem with the use of resin containers in DLP or SLA 3D printers is the crack and temperature resistance to the permanent effect of the UV components from the light sources in the device.

In cooperation with partners, DruckWege has developed its own resin container or resin tank (Resin Vat) for this purpose, which presents itself particularly with the combination of a long-term resistant and opaque acrylate in the frame area with a glass base. Especially the transmissive area between container and light source is stressed too much in the long run, which expresses its brittle and aging effect by clouding, cracking or even brittleness.

In addition, the containers are coated on the glass with a layer of ReCoat and micrometer-thin FEP film. The container can be used in various printer systems. DruckWege offers other sizes and series on request. Other container sizes will soon also be available as standard products in the shop.
